What is a Big Output Trigger Sprayer?

It's a manual sprayer where the internal pump mechanism is engineered to move a significantly larger volume of liquid per stroke compared to standard sprayers. The core design goal is reduced spraying time and increased efficiency for large-scale tasks.

Key Characteristics

1. High Volume per Spray:

   • These sprayers can deliver from 5 mL to 10+ mL per trigger pull, whereas a standard "big mini" sprayer might deliver 2-5 mL and a small sample sprayer less than 1 mL.

2. Large Orifice and Internal Components:

   • The fluid path, including the dip tube, pump chamber, and nozzle, is wider to allow more liquid to flow through quickly. This often means the spray is less fine and more of a coarse spray or solid stream.

3. Robust, Ergonomic Design:

   • Built with durable plastics (like PP or HDPE) to withstand harsh chemicals and physical stress.

   • Features a large, comfortable trigger and a body designed to fit the hand, reducing fatigue during repeated, high-effort use.

4. Adjustable Nozzle:

   • Typically allows the user to switch between a coarse fan spray (for wide coverage) and a solid, high-impact jet stream (for rinsing or reaching distant areas).

5. Large Closure Size:
